Calw Cemetery
This tour introduces you to the 400-year history of the Calw cemetery and its graves. In particular, the memorial plaques of the “lower“ and “upper wall“ which are predominantly linked to the families of the ”Calwer Compagnie“ are explained in great detail. Homage is also paid to other public figures from the 17th to the 20th century, who have found their last resting place here. Ancient epitaphs, which are sometimes only readable in fragments, give testimony of the language of our ancestors and of their way of thinking.
