Spirituosen Spirits Typical of the region is a hearty German “Vesper“ (pronounced: "Feschber") consisting of light-coloured farmhouse bread, blood sausage and liver sausage, Black Forest bacon and ham wood-smoked to perfection for months. It goes without saying that the “Vesper” is not complete without a Black Forest clear brandy made of cherries, damsons, pears or raspberries.
