The museum, built in connection with the Murgtalpfad, is dedicated to hydropower utilisation in the Hotzenwald - past and present. Through exhibits and guided tours you can learn interesting facts about medieval water canals (so-called "Wuhre"), water wheels, energy generation and more.
A terrain model shows the location of former and present water power stations (mills, saw mills, etc.), marked with approx. 200 LEDs.
