Based on a medieval model, a herb garden featuring indigenous medicinal herbs was created near the former cloister, behind Aurelius Church. In 37 beds the visitor will see approx. 50 different varieties of plants, e.g. specimens from 'Wahlahfried's herb garden' and 'Hildegard von Bingen's medicinal treasures'.
