English (EN)The apartment is in the 1st floor of a former hotel which has been turned into an apartment house in the year 2003.
You will enjoy a modern and luxurious ambience combined with the beautiful countryside around the house.
The protected and roofed loggia goes around the house with appr. 12 meters and connects to the huge sun terrace (90m²).
The bright location in the center of St. Maergen guarantees a lot of sunshine and a breathtakingly panoramic view to the Feldberg mountain. The apartment with four rooms and 100m² offers a lot of space. The friendly and bright rooms (living room, dining room, sleeping room) are with parquet floor (maple) and stucco ceilings. Living room and sleeping room have original built-in cupboards (last century). The apartment has Sat-TV (flat screen, 82cm) and solid wood kitchen with dish washer. Bathroom is very new with bath tub, shower and quality tiles. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. You can smoke on the loggia.
St. Margen is situated in the "Nature Park Southern Black Forest" and only 20km to the city of Freiburg. There is good public transportation to Freiburg, Kirchzarten and Neustadt.
